BUILD PROCESS: When your order is placed, this places your order into our build schedule and all supplies/materials are purchased to complete your build, your build doesn’t start immediately. Orders are hand-crafted in the order they are received and hand-delivered upon completion. When your order is 100% completed, we will contact you to coordinate your hand-delivery.

Checkout/Order: It is the responsibility of our customer to review their order in checkout to ensure all information listed pertaining to your order is correct. This information includes design, dimensions, finishing, and other options if available. Once your order is placed and confirmed no adjustments or changes can be made, nor can any items be removed from
your order. 

WARRANTY: We reserve the right to review, repair or replace any warranty concerns with your custom build within 12 months, after 12 months from the delivery date we are no longer responsible. In addition, we are not responsible for any damage the customer created and will not be honored under our 12-month warranty. Your custom hand-crafted rustic furniture has natural unique qualities. Our furniture is built from real SOLID wood. Because we use real SOLID wood and not engineered products, there will be natural characteristics such as knots, cracks, and unevenness. These are not defects, but natural qualities of real solid wood furniture.

LEAD TIME: Lead time provided is ESTIMATED, delivery date can't be provided until the custom build is fully created and ready for delivery. Each build is 100% hand-crafted and built to your specifications at the time of order. In addition, lead times can be extended for unexpected delays such a machinery going down, illness, shipment delays on supplies or unseen circumstances which is beyond our control, and we thank you for your understanding. With orders being custom built to order, please don't plan gatherings/events for your furniture in advance, it is recommended to plan once furniture has been received. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION: 50% Deposit is due at the time of placing your order, with remaining balance due at completion with scheduled delivery. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to the terms on your invoice and understanding that this form of payment is non-refundable. By accepting your custom build at the time of delivery, the customer is fully satisfied with their table and/or furniture and are expected to fully inspect and bring any concerns to our attention. All Sales and custom builds are FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES can be made. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. If we elect to cancel your order, you will receive full refund of any amount paid toward your order.

FINISHING: There is true uniqueness to every piece of solid wood furniture that is hand- crafted, no two pieces are going to be exactly alike. Every piece of furniture will have a unique grain pattern and slight color variation because of the grain pattern. Just as every tree is unique and no two are alike, so too is every piece of furniture that is handcrafted, variations in the wood should be expected. 

CHAIRS: Chairs are assembled, and custom finished by us, crafted by our partner distributor. Due to natural variances, finishing will not be an exact match, but the chair finish will complement the stain of your custom-built pieces.
